Devan T. Bugbee

Devan Bugbee was born and raised in the New Paltz area. He joined the Church in the summer of 2014, and rebuilt the Church's playground as his Eagle Scout project 4 years later. In 2019, he moved to Geneseo in order to attend college. After graduating a year early, he has received a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature with a Dual Minor in History and Medieval Studies. Moving back to the area in May 2021, he now serves as a member of the Church Board as well as works as the office manager. His favorite story is from Judges 13-16, where God grants an Israelite, Samson, tremendous strength. He finds the story to not just display the infinite strength of God, but also a demonstration of God's omnipresence, even when cornered and isolated. Devan enjoys reading, writing, weightlifitng, and gaming.
