Fifties-Plus Fellowship

This group of men and women who are fifty and older meets on the third Wed. of each month, usually for lunch at noon in one of the area diners or restaurants. The group often travels to eat at the Home Town Buffet in Wappingers Falls, the Alexis Restaurant or Perkins Restaurant in Newburgh, and the Red Lobster Restaurant in Kingston. In New Paltz the group prefers the College Diner, or the Brauhaus. Frequently there is an activity connected with the luncheon. The group has gone to Washington's Headquarters in Newburgh, to West Point Military Academy, to the Rip Van Winkle to take the boat ride on the Hudson River, and to Camp Taconic to enjoy Family Camp. The group is open to all, and several attend from other churches in New Paltz.

Bible Study and Prayer Fellowship

This group of adults and teens meets regularly on Wed. evenings at 7:00PM at the church. The meeting opens with singing. Then there is sharing of concerns and prayer for these needs. The pastor usually leads a biblical study. Recent themes have been on Christian discipleship and growth and on end-time biblical teaching.

Women’s Bible Study & Fellowship

This group meets on Thurs. mornings at 10:00 AM at the church on days that the New Paltz schools are open. There is often a refreshment, a sharing of concerns, and a time of prayer. These women serve as a support group to each other and find fulfillment in talking and listening to each other. This group is made up of women from various churches in New Paltz.

Youth Fellowship

Young people enjoy a time of recreation and Bible study. Special events are also planned throughout the year including hiking trips, apple picking and cider making, and the community walk for world hunger. The youth are active participants in the work and service of the church.
